The six-to-seven-story cream city brick Malt House was built in 1882 and was one of the world’s largest brewery-owned malt houses now 118 market rate apartments featuring preserved kilns and repurposed historic brewery artifacts.

Central Waters Brewing Co. is a craft brewery that delivers steady flagship beers, seasonal and trending styles, variants, and barrel-aged beers from the largest bourbon barrel-aging facility in Wisconsin. Located in a historic church in The Brewery District, Central Waters new brewery and tap room is their brand new second brewery offering killer tap line-ups, Growler and Crowler fills, and Dairyland grilling up fantastic burgers, sandwiches, and other goods including a Wisconsin Friday Fish Fry.
